Only 4 of the 29 TPP chapters relate to trade.
All the other chapters relate to streamlining all the participating nations' laws, in order to maximise multinational corporations' profits. An objective of all the chapters is to make it illegal for governments to enact laws which might potentially decrease multinational corporations' profits.
